Hudson Management has been servicing communities like yours since 2001. We have associations who have been with us since we opened our doors. Our clients include single family home communities, mid-rise condos, multi-building condo communities, landscape maintenance associations, mixed use associations and financial only associations.
We utilize the TOPS Software for Association Management. This system allows us to integrate financials with individual accounts seamlessly. New options with the software also allow us to utilize email for billing statements and letters. The system allows for work order reports and violation report tracking to ensure resolution of issues. We perform regular status update checks on outstanding work orders to ensure vendors have performed the work requested.
Hudson Management uses its experience and the experience of its personnel for the benefit of our clients. We are constantly striving to enhance procedures and policies to better serve our clients. Regular personnel meetings are held to brainstorm ideas to better serve our clients.
We have a portal site that communities can sign up for that offers a low cost way for the Association to communicate to residents. All documents such as CC&R’s, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Architectural Guidelines/Applications, Paint Schemes, Minutes, etc… can be uploaded for owners to review when needed. Owners can make maintenance requests, follow up with work orders issued for their homes, view their account balance, view compliance matters regarding their property, provide vehicle information, pay assessments and much more. Management can send email blasts to send meeting agendas, inform owners of upcoming events, communicate maintenance repairs, etc…
Hudson Management Services always strives to give back to our community. We have been active in support for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3-Day, the Sharon’s Walk for Epilepsy, Adopt a Military Family for Christmas, and many other organizations.
